Nebraska brings GMO labeling resolution

At the National Corn Growers Association’s business session last week in San Antonio, delegates approved a resolution brought forward by the Nebraska Corn Growers Association (NeCGA) calling for voluntary GMO labeling of food products.   In this interview with NeCGA president Joel Grams of Minden, Nebraska we discussed the labeling issue and another resolution from the Nebraska group relating to crop insurance.

  • GMO labeling should be mandatory for all foods in all states. People have a right to know what kinds of chemicals, processes, additives, and ingredients are in their foods.
