Scholarships available to UPI members

Students can apply for one of 32 scholarships valued at $1,000 each through United Producers, Inc.

One scholarship is available to a graduating high school senior and a college or technical school students in each UPI district.

Applicants must be a Preferred UPI member, or the child or grandchild of a member. Students must be a graduating high school senior, or attending a college or tech school in an ag-related field.

A 500-1,000-word essay and application are due by April 1, 2014.
