Anna, Ohio FFA chapter wins big with chickens

Among the chapters winning awards at the 86th National FFA Convention is the Anna FFA Chapter of Ohio. They won the Model of Innovation Award for their efforts to raise awareness of the FFA. The chapter raised broiler chickens, conducted feeding trials, observed processing and then donated the chicken to a Veterans Day luncheon. That’s according to Craig Berning of the Anna FFA Chapter, who talked to Brownfield Ag News about the project.
