Reaching out to the ‘Millennials’
For the first time, the number of people in the so-called Millennial generation (ages 15-36) has surpassed the number of Baby Boomers in the U.S.
According to Craig Uden of Elwood, Nebraska, chair of the Federation of State Beef Councils, that’s changing the way they promote beef. We discussed that topic and others with Uden at the recent Cattle Industry Convention in Tampa.
