The largest gathering of organic producers and agriculture professionals in the country is coming up February 21 – 23 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. The Midwest Organic and Sustainable Education Service (MOSES) Conference will feature 70 workshops, nationally known speakers, and more than 150 exhibits. Faye Jones, MOSES executive director says this is a chance to learn about organic farming from organic farmers.
