“Buy Local” helping grow Connecticut sheep industry

Kevin Woolham, President of the Connecticut Sheep Producers says while their flock numbers are relatively small, they are increasing and finding a market for their wool and lamb is not a problem, in fact they’re bringing lambs in from other areas to feed out. Woolham credits the “Buy Local” movement for the increased interest and says the opportunities are tremendous.
