Bledsoe named FFA COO

Josh Bledsoe of Raleigh, North Carolina has been named chief operating officer of the National FFA Organization. A graduate of North Carolina State University he holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in agricultural education. He was state FFA advisor in North Carolina and leader of an eleven-member state agricultural education team ensuring professional development opportunities for teachers. He is a former state FFA president and has served on numerous state and national FFA boards and committees.

As COO, Bledsoe will lead convention and events management; partner services; information technology; marketing, communications and brand management; and merchandising and customer fulfillment for the 557,318-member FFA organization. He will report directly to CEO Dwight Armstrong.
