Stutzman heads to Financial Services Committee

Indiana’s 3rd District Congressman is headed off the House Agriculture Committee.  Congressman Marlin Stutzman announced last week he had been selected for to serve on the House Financial Services Committee for the 113th Congress.   “The finance industry has a proud history in Northeast Indiana and I look forward to taking Hoosier perspectives to the [Financial Services] Committee,” he says.  “I look forward to using this new committee assignment to help end the era of bailouts and over-regulation.”

The House Financial Services Committee is responsible for oversight of the Federal Reserve Board and individual reserve banks, the Treasury, the production and distribution of currency, and the Nation’s capital markets.
