As economies grow so does demand for meat

As economies slowly grow around the world, the demand for meat increases and that bodes well for U.S. beef and pork. Joe Schuele is with the U.S. Meat Export Federation, he says while 2011 was a very good year for U.S. meat exports, higher prices are putting a little pressure especially on beef sales this year.
