Grilling meats is a tradition at tail gating and Registered Dietitian Lindsey Koelling with the Jefferson City Missouri Hy Vee says it’s one of the healthiest ways to prepare meat. But what about drinks and desserts? Koelling suggests making fresh fruit drinks at home and bringing them along and making fruit part central to dessert or having richer desserts, just in smaller portions.
