Are the new school lunch standards too restrictive? While the school year is just underway there are reports of some kids still hungry after lunch. The USDA for the first time has set maximum amounts for protein and calories, which for active kids may not be enough. Kelli Ludlum is farm policy specialist for the American Farm Bureau and says the USDA may very likely revisit the requirements because now they take a basically one-size-fits all approach.
