The Missouri State Fair Director wants everyone who plans to exhibit at the fair this August to know about the May first date. Mark Wolf tells Brownfield that’s when exhibitors can get all the forms they need and the deadlines they’ll need to meet at the state fair website.
“Starting at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1st, you’ll be able to get on there and most of our competitions will be available at that time to start signing up,” Wolf tells Brownfield Ag News, “There’s a list of deadlines included in that online Premium Guide. Starting 9 a.m. is the day the folks need to get on there. With over 30,000 entries last year and the number of folks in 4-H and FFA involved, you need to do that as soon as possible.”
In addition, May first is the date livestock exhibitors will be able to get campground reservation forms. That campground will open Sunday, August 5th at 9:00 a.m.
This year’s fair in Sedalia is August 9th through August 19th.
