Easter Eggs: Sign of spring and egg salad

One of the most common foods that comes to mind at Easter time is eggs.   Jo Manhart, the Egg Lady at the Missouri Egg Council tells us how to properly hard boil eggs for coloring and for eating later.  If properly cared for those eggs can be eaten after the hunt – and she says they are an affordable, great source of protein.
