Bayer CropScience today revealed a new four-pillar strategy for future growth. CEO Sandra Peterson outlined the company’s commitment to drive business growth by focusing on four key objectives, including:
Rejuvenating its core crop protection business, reinventing customer-centricity along the entire value chain – refocusing its innovation through increased R & D investment and extending the companies bioscience business.
Peterson told journalists Bayer has an enviable international footprint with the ability to touch small farmers and mega farmers and she sees many opportunities for the company to propel future growth.
