Plenish™ High Oleic Soybean Oil, developed by Pioneer® Hi-Bred, is making its debut soon in the U.S. and eventually internationally. I talked with Plenish™ Director Russ Sanders outside the Plenish™ food truck where an expert chef was making and serving breakfast foods cooked in Plenish™ oil to Farm Progress goers, including this reporter.
