The pros and cons of group gestation housing

Doug Wolf and his son run a 1,200-sow operation in the southwest Wisconsin, near the town of Lancaster.  Doug, who is the current president-elect of the National Pork Producers Council, tells us that he has converted to group gestation housing over the past two years.  He discusses his reasons for making that move and the challenges associated with it.
