Verifying animal comfort and contentment

One of the challenges before animal agriculture is finding a better way to verify to consumers that producers do take good care of their animals. Dr. Janice Swanson with Michigan State University told the Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin annual business conference about new technologies being utilized to measure animal comfort and contentment.
