Democratic aides say President Obama’s fiscal 2011 budget will project hundreds of billions of dollars in new federal revenue from a proposed cap-and-trade climate law.
White House projections indicate that cap-and-trade could raise 646 billion dollars in federal revenue over a decade. However, prospects remain dim for enacting such legislation this year. Senator Byron Dorgan of North Dakota, chair of the Senate Energy-Water Appropriations Subcommittee, says any proposal to spend cap-and-trade revenue is probably dead on arrival.

These Democrats are bound and determined to shove this down our throat. They have their agendas and are not going to let anything stop them. IE; Ben Nelson of Nebraska on Obamacare – just keep increasing the bribe until he votes yes. Mary Landreau in Louisiana, etc…ALL of them can be bought – So if your Democrat congressman or Senator says they will vote no on cap and trade – it just means Harry Reid has not offered them enough yet!
