The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture is accepting nominations for three seats on the Wisconsin Corn Promotion Board. The terms of Cal Dalton, David Adams and Randy Hughes expire on January 31st; all three are eligible for re-election
Farmers who grow corn in:
- District 4 (Adams, Columbia, Juneau, Marquette, Monroe & Waushara Counties)
- District 8 (Jefferson, Kenosha, Racine & Walworth Counties)
- District 9 (Green & Rock Counties)
are eligible to nominate or be nominated. Nominations must include the signatures of at least five corn growers from the district they seek to represent. Nominations are due to DATCP by December 30th. Elections will be held January 18th through the 30th.
