The supply management discussion for milk

Prolonged low milk prices have once again prompted discussion about the possibility of some type of supply management program in the United States. And that discussion usually includes Canada and their quota system. Rick McRonald with the Canadian Livestock Genetics Association says all-in-all they like their system but it does have some flaws.
