Rain and cool temps slowing development

Zach Fore, Pioneer Area Agronomist in Eastern North Dakota and Northwest Minnesota says the average to below averages temperature is causing the development to be behind schedule. Also all the rainfall in the last few weeks has caused the some damage to the current crops.
